If you ask me how I got into real estate, the honest answer is—I fell into it in 1999. What I didn’t expect was that it would become one of the greatest passions of my life.

A Proven Background Built on Performance & Service

I grew up in Southern California, where I earned my college degree on an athletic scholarship for cross country and track. After college, I spent seven years as a high school teacher and coach in Orange County, followed by several years in advertising sales at the Orange County Register—experience that still shapes the strategic marketing approach I bring to every listing today.

In 1999, my family and I relocated to Boise, Idaho, where I entered real estate working with a top Idaho home builder. From there, I launched my own real estate career, serving Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley communities, and quickly discovered a powerful differentiator: home staging.

By integrating professional staging into my listings, I saw firsthand how presentation dramatically impacts buyer perception, days on market, and final sale price. The results were undeniable—and staging became a core pillar of my business.

I am deeply committed to continued education and excellence, holding multiple advanced designations including GRI, ABR, CSP, ASP, CHMS, SRS, and Associate Broker status. I also earned both the Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS) designation and Accredited Luxury Home Staging Professional certification to better serve luxury and high-end sellers.

One of my proudest accomplishments was opening Templeton Real Estate Group, our own boutique brokerage in East Boise, in 2013. Since then, our team has consistently ranked:

• Top 3 agent in all of Ada County for resale home sales for numerous years running

• Over one half BILLION in total real estate sales volume

Favorite places I’ve traveled:
Sayulita & Punta Mita, Costa Rica—anywhere with authentic culture, turquoise water, and fresh Mexican food enjoyed on the beach at sunset.

Places still on my list:
London, Italy, Greece, Paris… someday (when I slow down!).

My perfect day:
A hot summer day on the lake with family or friends—wakeboarding, laughing, soaking up the sun, and fully unplugging.

Something you might not know:
The good—I was a highly competitive college athlete and placed 4th in the state of California in the 1500 meters. Today I stay active with yoga, barre, and strength training and I'm kind of a health nut!
The bad—I’m completely addicted to crime shows.
