You’ll have access to the Boise River Greenbelt: a 25-mile tree-lined pathway that follows the river through the heart of the city and provides scenic views, wildlife habitat and pedestrian access to many of the city's popular riverside parks. The "Ribbon of Jewels" is a series of parks located along the pathway. Camel’s Back Park features open play areas, outdoor gym, steps/hike to views, playground, picnic area, sports field, tennis and sand volleyball court. Camel's Back Reserve is located on the back side of Camel's Back Park. Notable trails can be found in nearby foothills in Shafer Butte area, Polecat Reserve, Military Reserve, Hillside to the Hollow Reserve and Camel’s Back and Hulls Gulch Reserve.
