Templeton Real Estate Group was recognized in the 2025 Boise Favorites program, an annual community vote presented by The Idaho Statesman that highlights businesses residents continue to trust across Boise and the Treasure Valley.
We are grateful to everyone who took the time to vote and to the clients, neighbors, and local community members who continue to support our work. In real estate, recognition like this reflects more than visibility. It reflects the kind of reputation built over time through consistent service and local knowledge, with relationships that often extend well beyond a single transaction.
Choosing a real estate team often comes down to trust and local experience. In a market like Boise where neighborhoods, pricing, and inventory can shift quickly, working with a team that understands those patterns can make the process far smoother for buyers and sellers.
This year’s Boise Favorites program reflected strong community participation, with more than 3,600 businesses, organizations, and individuals nominated across more than 200 categories and over 136,000 votes submitted throughout the voting period, according to the published Boise Favorites magazine.

Local Reputation in a Changing Boise Market
In a market like Boise, local experience often becomes one of the most valuable parts of the process for both buyers and sellers.
Someone drawn to Meridian may be focused on newer neighborhoods and easy access to everyday conveniences. A move toward Eagle or Star often reflects a different priority, whether that means more space, a quieter setting, or simply a pace that feels more comfortable. Even within Boise itself, neighborhood character changes enough from one area to the next that comparing Boise neighborhoods often becomes just as important as comparing homes.
That is often where local guidance becomes especially useful, whether someone is narrowing neighborhoods or preparing a home for market. Listings can show the home itself, but they rarely explain what daily life nearby really feels like or which details start to matter more once someone is settled.
Trust Still Matters in Real Estate
Real estate remains deeply personal, even in a market shaped by timing and changing inventory. Many clients begin with a referral or with a team name they have heard more than once from people they trust.
That is part of what gives community recognition its meaning. Programs like Boise Favorites reflect the businesses people know firsthand and feel comfortable recommending.
Much of that trust is built through the less visible parts of the process: steady communication, thoughtful guidance, and helping clients feel informed when decisions begin to carry more weight.
The property matters, but so does the experience surrounding it.

Why Local Recognition Carries Meaning
Part of what continues to define Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley is the way local relationships still influence important decisions.
Even as the region grows, people continue to pay attention to who they work with and who others speak well of.
Recognition like Boise Favorites matters because it reflects consistency people notice over time and remember when recommending a local business.
For Templeton Real Estate Group, that recognition reflects trust built locally and strengthened through the people who have experienced that work firsthand. In a market where decisions often begin long before a contract is signed, that kind of trust means so much to us. We are grateful to everyone who voted and honored to be recognized as Boise Favorites’ 2025 Gold Best Real Estate Company.
