Warm Springs Mesa, Boise, ID Real Estate

Warm Springs Mesa, often just called "the Mesa," sits on a plateau above Warm Springs Avenue in the east Boise foothills, about five miles from downtown. Table Rock and the historic Tram Trail border it to the west and north, and the neighborhood looks out over the Boise River and Barber Valley, with downtown to the west. The city's 2013 neighborhood plan describes it as mostly single-family homes along curving streets, built over several decades.
